DinnerGarden.org is an organization committed to putting an end to hunger. They do this by providing seeds to any individual or family that requests a package. Since January of this year almost 20,000 seed packs have been mailed to families and 41 community gardens. Located in San Antonio, CAMP has been around for 31 years and they are gearing up for another summer now. Minis & Friends, a Equine Guided Interaction therapy program out of Austin, offers children and adults a chance to spend time with these loving creatures. The miniature horses are out most weekends with their owners and volunteers visiting shelters, hospitals, nursing homes and special events.
