It is a scary time for incumbents. While Perry has been able to become a defining force against the Washington, DC and Obama administration there is unease in the air tonight among his supporters. Voters are becoming rather consistent in rejecting the status quo. You’d think being the longest serving governor in the history of Texas would make it difficult to be anti-establishment, but Perry’s been successful in doing just that. But can Perry get a majority voters in the Texas Republican Primary to go along with him for a third consecutive 4-year term?

The results have started to trickle in tonight at Rick Perry’s primary night party in Driftwood, TX. Perry supporters are feeling anxious, yet confident. Perry predicted that he’d win without having to go to a runoff election. Not everyone here is so confident.
